There are only two kinds of brands in the world: the generous and the greedy.

Generous brands give something real - courage, humour, truth, inspiration.

They give so they can receive, because it’s in their nature.

Greedy brands simulate generosity. They give so they can take.

And people feel the difference.

Me

I’m Brian Deady, a creative from Ireland.

I spent twenty years as a singer‑songwriter.

Wrote and produced six albums.

Played every stage I could - from empty bars to the biggest ones,

In front of the same people you want to talk to.

Been signed to a major label and publishing deals. Been almost famous and then not.

Been broke and almost not… and then broke again.

My obsession is words - how simple language can detonate.

I spent the past year banging on the doors of the advertising world.

Couldn’t get in.

So I made my own place here at TNSA.

Anyone & Everyone

You can’t be everything to everyone

Not even God has managed that

Turn on your TV and watch the ads

You’ll see the same thing I do

Sounded great in the board room

Don’t care in the real world

There’s only one rule – no shite

The rest of them,

break at will

You can be anyone you want

even yourself

What TNSA does

Find the idea the one true thing at the centre of your brand

Shape the campaign world

Write the line that detonates

Bring in the right people to make it real

The No Shite Dictionary

Advertryzing

When too much trying betrays the idea

Fauthenticity

The performance of realness - over polished imperfection

Extra Syndrome

If you want to know if a movie is good, watch the background actors.

A Lexus parked outside Dollar Tree

A great idea pitched to someone with no vision.

Thought Leadershit

When being the leader matters more than leading.

Exasperational Marketing

First comes enthusiasm, then apathy, and then… quietly… resentment.

A fly in the window

That annoying idea that just won’t take the hint.

Empathy Olympics

Emotional High Jumps, Kindness Karate.

Musculanity

Painted on toughness - washes off easy.

Customer Swervice

The client is always almost right.
